The announcement of a PDF for that paper was because I needed it in some more print-friendly format for submission to the Proceedings that I noticed I could submit to. Unfortunately, it got sent back to me as "undeliverable as addressed" for no apparent reason (I still have no good answer), but I was told to send it in again. So I did.

This time I went to a different post office, one that was near a bagel place I'd not eaten at in a long time. After I came out of that bagel place, I saw that the place where the horrible event of 2004-07-31 happened still had the signs of some remains.

Alas, how unfortunate that some things just don't work out quite right.
